Is the Dirac on/off command global, or per input?
The Dirac EQ on/off command is per input basis. You can disengage the Dirac EQ by pressing the “audio” button on the HTR-2 remote that came with your AVR or M9. It is NOT a global command.
For example, if you turned on Dirac for your Satellite box input, then switch to your blue ray input, Dirac will be off, until you engage the EQ. After you engage the Dirac EQ on any given input, it will stay on, until you tell the unit to bypass.
